2024 in review: Law School in the media

In what has become a regular occurrence, faculty members at the School of Law at Case Western Reserve are often the first contact for journalists trying to make sense of a news story.

Perhaps more meaningful, these researchers’ important work often creates the headlines.
From business law and the Supreme Court to the presidential election and abortion-related legal issues, the expertise and insight of law school faculty were at the forefront of the stories making headlines this year.

University Marketing and Communications works to raise the university’s national and international profile through positive coverage of its newsworthy people, places and accomplishments in respected online and print publications and specialty media.

Look back at some of the highlights of the law school in the news—keep in mind this is just a tiny fraction of the media mentions—from 2024.
