Every year Princeton Review ranks law schools on various criteria, including the strength of academic experience. This ranking measures the quality of the law school’s learning environment — something that is especially important for applicants selecting a law school. Factors that go into this ranking include the Admissions Selectivity Rating, the quality of teaching and the accessibility of professors, the research resources at the school, the range of available courses, the balance of curricular emphasis on legal theory and practical training, the tolerance for diverse opinions, and the degree of intellectual challenge. In 2023, Case Western Reserve University School of Law ranked 47th out of 199 accredited U.S. Law Schools.
