The new 2024-25 U.S. News Specialty Rankings include the rankings for 13 specialty programs at 196 law schools. Based on its collective specialty rankings, Case Western Reserve University School of Law ranked 42nd best in the nation. That’s up ten places from its #52 specialty ranking last year. Nine of its specialty area rankings improved, and two (International Law at #13 and Health Law at #15) were in the top fifteen.

“As specialties become increasingly important in the practice of law, we are proud to be listed among the top law schools for the quality of our specialty programs,” said Co-Dean Michael Scharf. “And at the same time, we are pleased to be recognized as a leader in experiential education across the board, as demonstrated by our top ten ranking in Practical Training by PreLaw Magazine for the past four years.”

The chart from Tax Prof lists the top 100 law schools in the nation for quality of specialty programs.
