Effective Reproduction Number (Rt)
Rt remained below 1.0 in early March, with higher numbers from mid-March onward.
Following a surge in late March, and despite moderate uncertainty, it appears most likely that daily case counts will gradually decline in the coming two weeks. Continued masking and social distancing will be critical to preventing increases.
Asymptomatic to Symptomatic Ratio
The ratio of asymptomatic to symptomatic cases has been on a gradual rise since mid-March. A low ratio of asymptomatic to symptomatic cases facilitates mitigation efforts since symptomatic individuals usually isolate.
