A native of South Central Pennsylvania, Bethany relocated to the Cleveland area to join the CHI team in March 2021. Bethany’s research background includes qualitative and mixed methodology, most especially as it relates to public health messaging and small sample size clinical trials. Bethany also has extensive experience in research project management, ranging from NIH R01 and U01 research programs, investigator initiated clinical trials, to large scale industry sponsored clinical trials.
She has formerly held research positions at Penn State College of Medicine, most recently with the Qualitative and Mixed Methods Core (QMMC). Bethany earned a Master’s of Public Health degree from Penn State College of Medicine in 2016, with a dual focus in Community and Behavioral Health, and Global Health.
