Robinson is a researcher and Policy Analyst with several years of experience in the fields of System Dynamics and Performance Management and in the evaluation organizational performance through qualitative and quantitative research methods. He is skilled in analyzing data, designing and implementing innovative strategies through modelling and simulation techniques. Robinson possesses a proliferated ability to conduct research and apply scientific frameworks to support strategic decision-making in public and private organizations. He is experienced in participatory systems modeling to foster conflict resolution and strategic dialogue.

Robinson received his Bachelors Degree from the National University of Colombia, a Masters Degree in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen, Norway, his MBA from Radboud University, in the Netherlands and his PhD in Systems Dynamics from the University of Palermo, Italy (Sicily).
