121 Fitness is sponsoring a drive to support Pastor Louis Hawkins Jr. and The Forgiven Community Church as they try to collect 7,500 pairs of new and old shoes to benefit the people still affected by the 2010 hurricane in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
"When you see children in Haiti walking around in shoes made from Pepsi bottles, it makes you want to do something about it," Hawkins Jr. told The Plain Dealer.
A box is located in the 121 Fitness lobby for donations.
