121 Fitness and Theta Tau will host a Recycle Regatta March 19 from 7 to 10 p.m. in Donnell Pool at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center. Teams will be challenged to build boats out of corrugated cardboard that will make it across the 25-yard pool.
Prizes will be awarded for the best sink, first across, best teamwork and other categories.
The event is free to participants, but attendees will pay a small admission fee to be donated to a local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
Participants and attendees must have access to Veale; the event is not open to the public.
