The Office of International Student Resources and Engagement (OISRE) at Case Western Reserve University will offer airport pickup services to all new incoming graduate and professional students for the fall 2026 semester. This service will take registered students from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to Wade Commons on the CWRU campus.
Dates available for pickup will be Friday, Aug.14 and Saturday, Aug. 15, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Students looking to secure an airport pickup are encouraged to ensure that arrival flights align with these pickup dates and times. Those who miss their scheduled pickup time will need to arrange their own transportation.
Upon arrival at the airport, students will be greeted by OISRE staff members and other CWRU staff and student volunteers.
The deadline to secure a pickup is Friday, July 31. Additional details will be sent via CWRU email, so registered students are asked to check it regularly. Please note that the cost of the airport pickup service is non-refundable. If you are traveling with someone, they will need to complete their own airport pick up registration and payment.
