To be considered for need-based financial aid (grants, loans and student employment) for the 2026-27 school year, you must submit the FAFSA, the CSS profile and the CWRU financial aid application.
Your required forms are due by April 1. Those who do not file the required documents by April 1 may not be eligible for need-based CWRU financial aid for the 2026-27 school year.
Students who receive a merit scholarship and are not interested in pursuing need-based financial aid for the 2026-27 academic year do not need to complete this process and should notify financialaid@case.edu so that your file can be updated.
View information you need to complete by logging in to My Financial Aid with your CWRU network ID and passphrase. Verify you are in the correct award year by checking the year prompt in the top right corner of the screen. Click on the “Documents and Messages” option from the menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
