Residence Life Graduate Staff applications for Academic Year 2026-2027 are open until February 11, 2026! Applications are open for both the Assistant Residential Community Director (ARCD) and the Graduate Resident Director (GRD) positions.

Both of our graduate student staff positions provide a unique opportunity to live within a residential community, engage with the broader campus, and gain invaluable experience supporting a residential student population.

Qualifications include (but are not limited to):

ARCDs and GRDs must have obtained a bachelor's degree prior to the start of CWRU’s Fall 2026 academic semester.
ARCDs and GRDs must be enrolled in graduate courses as a part-time/full-time degree-seeking student.
ARCDs and GRDs must be available to work 20 hours per week, with at least 10 hours of availability between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Compensation includes a monthly stipend, plus an on-campus apartment (required).
