Boost communication with “Connection 101” program
Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members are invited to learn about, explore and discuss various ways relationships impact lives at an eight-part virtual, facilitated “Connection 101” program, designed to boost communication and connection skills.
As part of the Wellness Program, this interactive series will require participants to complete 30 minutes of preparatory work, such as completing micro videos, individual reflections and Miro board tasks. During each session, participants will also work in pairs and small groups and will be asked to contribute to whole-group discussions.
Sessions will take place Wednesdays, Feb. 4 to March 25, from 1 to 2 p.m. via Zoom. Space is limited to 18 to 20 participants.
