Butler County lawsuit tries to overturn Ohio abortion rights amendment

Cincinnati Enquirer: Jessie Hill, professor and the director of the Reproductive Rights Law Initiative at the School of Law, dismissed the Butler County lawsuit’s legal theory as baseless, saying Ohioans followed the constitutional amendment process exactly as outlined in state law when they voted to protect abortion rights in 2023. She characterized the lawsuit’s backers as “sore losers.”
