Community Spotlight Series featuring the Rekindle Fellowship
The Community Spotlight series is a new initiative of the Office for Campus Enrichment and Engagement designed to celebrate and elevate the work of local organizations that are making a meaningful difference in our community. Join us to welcome the Rekindle Fellowship to our campus to learn more about the amazing work they are doing in our community.
Rekindle’s mission is to create meaningful social change by bringing emerging leaders from the Black and Jewish communities together for thoughtful and challenging dialogue, face-to-face interactions, breaking down barriers, building new relationships and collective action. By rekindling the strong relationships and collaborative action between the Black and Jewish communities that were built during the Civil Rights Movement, we can accelerate our collective impact.
This event will be held on Friday, Nov. 21, noon-1 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Senior Classroom.
