Conflict is a familiar issue for many people. However, individual mindsets and approaches to conflict might be different. These different styles can make a stressful situation even worse. In this hour-long introductory webinar, participants will explore what conflict is and how different people approach it through the lens of the Thomas-Kilmann conflict mode instrument. Topics for discussion include:- The different conflict-handling modes;
- The pros and cons of each; and
- What people can do if overusing one mode.
