The Washington Post: Sue Helper, the Frank Tracy Carlton Professor of Economics at Weatherhead School of Management, said President Trump’s proposed tariffs on Canadian and Mexican goods could disrupt auto supply chains and raise car prices. She called the rollout, with short notice, “a particularly chaotic way of doing trade policy…This is not [regulatory] certainty.”
