Senior Case Western Reserve University staff members and employees involved in the purchasing card process will have the opportunity to complete and submit a CWRU Outside Interest Disclosure Form this summer.
The Compliance Office will kick off the process on Tuesday, June 2, by initiating an email from "sparta-donotreply" to each covered employee with their unique link to the form through SPARTA. There will be a ‘no changes’ option for those who disclosed last year.
Those disclosing should check their spam folder after the disclosing period begins to make sure they received the form.
The target deadline to submit a CWRU Outside Interest Disclosure Form is Friday, July 31.
