Sign up to become an Emerging Leaders Program coach

The Office of Student Activities and Leadership at Case Western Reserve University is seeking staff and faculty volunteers to serve as coaches for the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), a leadership development program for first-year students, this fall.

ELP coaches are paired with a first-year student and meet with them three times during the fall semester for informal conversations that support their transition to college and the CWRU community. Coaches are also invited to attend the ELP Poster Session, during which students showcase their leadership journeys, and the program's graduation ceremony at the end of the semester.

Serving as an ELP coach is a meaningful way to connect with first-year students, share your experiences and help support their success during their first semester at CWRU.
