The New York Times: Bob Kirsch, chairman of biomedical engineering in the Case School of Engineering, spoke of his work restoring some movement taken away by paralysis—by implanting electrodes in new locations in the body to circle nerves to help with muscle movement—as well as feeling, to limbs.
