Flu shots available at 121 Fitness’ 25th anniversary party; free for students, first 100 employees

As part of its 25^th anniversary party on Thursday, Sept. 26, 121 Fitness will offer flu shots to all members of the Cleveland community from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Flu shots will be $20 for most attendees. However, the first 100 Case Western Reserve University employees will receive free flu shots, courtesy of human resources, as will all Case Western Reserve students under the university health insurance. In addition, Walgreen's will provide free vaccinations to those who are:

• Medicare-eligible (bring Plan B&D cards)
• Under United Health Plan (bring insurance card)
• Under Buckeye Health Plan (bring insurance card)
• Under Care Source Plan (bring insurance card)
