The Wall Street Journal: Aaron Perzanowski, professor of law, explained how a court could stray from U.S. Copyright Office guidance on protection of dance moves. “The Copyright Office’s guidance isn’t binding,” he said. “Courts can make their own determination as to whether or not a work is protected.”
