Cloudflare Stock Case Points to Corporate Overhaul’s Blind Spots

Bloomberg: Anat Alon-Beck, professor of law, said a lawsuit challenging a corporate restructuring designed to preserve founders’ control while allowing them to sell billions in shares could determine whether founder-entrenching transactions remain subject to traditional judicial oversight.
