Newsweek: Eric Chaffee, professor and the Peter M. Gerhart Distinguished Research Scholar at the School of Law, said that if re-elected, former President Donald Trump would likely continue expanding his business empire. “The office of president will afford him additional power and new legal arguments,” Chaffee noted, adding that Trump’s business pursuits would likely persist despite recent legal restrictions.
