Ohio AG Dave Yost, city of Cleveland file motions to dismiss Browns' legal attempts to overturn 'Modell Law'

Gerhart Distinguished Research Scholar at the School of Law, discussed the "Art Modell Law,” a state law requiring Ohio teams in taxpayer-funded venues to offer locals purchase rights before relocating. This comes after the Haslam family—which owns the Cleveland Browns—threatened to move the team to Brook Park.
