Ohio abortion-rights coalition begins push for constitutional amendment

Green Professor of Law, discussed the effort to place a constitutional amendment protecting abortion rights on the ballot in Ohio. “We simply cannot rely on our legislators or even ultimately on our courts to secure this freedom in the long run,” she said. “We have to do it for ourselves.”
