Appellate judge’s campaign signs raise questions of partisan bias
WFMJ: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law at the School of Law, said a judge’s pro-Trump statements don’t violate judicial conduct rules since Trump isn’t a current candidate. He added that judicial candidates have First Amendment rights to express general views.
