Separate discrimination, same-sex marriage amendments eyed for Ohio’s 2026 ballot

Fox 8 News: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, said if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns same-sex marriage rights, Ohio’s constitutional ban could be enforced again. His comments come as Ohio Equal Rights faces collecting 440,000+ signatures for two 2026 ballot measures on anti-discrimination protections and repealing the marriage ban.
