Buyer of downtown Akron’s PNC Center is local company
Signal Akron: Matthew Rossman, professor of law and the director of the Community Development Clinic at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic at the School of Law, called Pleasant Valley Corp.’s acquisition of downtown Akron’s PNC Center “a leap” for the company but a promising step for redevelopment. “That’s a good thing for projects like this,” he said of Pleasant Valley’s local roots. The $2.8 million sale is set to close imminently.
