Judges link probation to vaccinations

Hahn Professor of Law and co-director of the Law-Medicine Center, discussed the cases of two Ohio judges who made vaccinations mandatory as a condition at sentencing in criminal law proceedings. “If your employer asks you to get a vaccine, you can always quit your job and go find other employment,” she said. “In the criminal justice system, it’s different.”
