Effective Tuesday, Sept. 8, United Parcel Service (UPS) has updated its campus delivery procedure at Case Western Reserve University.
UPS will no longer deliver packages directly to individual departments if they are addressed to 10900 Euclid Ave. or 10620 Euclid Ave. Instead, these shipments will be dropped off at the central mailroom and distributed during regular daily mail routes.
To ensure your packages continue coming straight to your office or room, please update your shipping information with suppliers. Moving forward, use the specific street address of your building rather than the general university address.
