Learn to navigate uncertainty with clarity and confidence

In today’s world of constant change—from organizational shifts and AI to geopolitical uncertainty and the demands of everyday life—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, distracted, or pulled into reactivity. But even when things feel chaotic and uncertain, the truth is this: We have more control than we think. Not over everything that happens around us—but over how we see it, how we make meaning of it, and how we choose to respond.

Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members are invited to attend an engaging and practical session, “See More, Shape More: How to Navigate Uncertainty with Clarity and Confidence,” which will be led by Stella Grizont, a positive psychology expert and bestselling author.

At this event, Grizont will introduce a strategy for navigating uncertainty: the ability to see more.

This powerful skill for navigating uncertainty encourages individuals to expand their perspective, even slightly, to:

  • Reduce stress;
  • Unlock new possibilities; and
  • Respond with greater clarity and intention.

This virtual session will take place Wednesday, May 6 from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
