Mandel School’s Dana Prince featured as guest on American Foundation for Suicide Prevention webinar
Dana Prince, associate professor at Case Western Reserve University’s Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, was a guest speaker at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s virtual summit.
At this webinar, which features local and national experts to foster community, Prince shared her research and perspective on access to suicide prevention resources and services for LGBTQ+ youth.
This event also highlighted community-based programs that show measurable impact in suicide prevention, an increase in help-seeking behaviors and stigma reduction.
