Begun Professor and the director of the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, said the phenomenon known as "swatting" can leave victims in constant fear and feeling helpless to prevent further trauma.
