Mandel School’s Jessica Wojtalik researches treatment for early-course schizophrenia

Jessica Wojtalik, assistant professor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, authored a published research article confirming the efficacy of cognitive enhancement therapy for cognitive and behavioral outcomes in patients with early-course schizophrenia. 

Wojtalik’s paper, “Confirmatory Efficacy of Cognitive Enhancement Therapy for Early Schizophrenia: Results From a Multisite Randomized Trial,” was published Sept. 2 in an issue of Psychiatric Services, a journal of the American Psychiatric Association. Access Wojtalik’s paper online.
