A Home for Every Neighbor program puts unsheltered Clevelanders into affordable, stable housing
The LandRobert Fischer, the Grace Longwell Coyle Professor in Civil Society and director of the Center on Poverty and Community Development at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, said that the A Home for Every Neighbor housing initiative for Cleveland’s homeless population is “wildly successful,” but warned that challenges remain: securing long-term stability beyond the first year.
