Flu cases in Cleveland are rising—and some pediatricians say kids are getting hit hard

Signal Cleveland: Amy Edwards, assistant professor of pediatrics at the School of Medicine, explained how kids are being hit hard by the flu this year. “Some years, the various strains don’t affect kids as much. Sometimes it affects kids more, and we’re definitely seeing that,” said Edwards.
