Case Western Reserve and University Hospitals testing new type of MRI for breast cancer
WKYC: Assistant Professor Yong Chen, Associate Professor Holly Marshall and Assistant Professor Dan Ma, all from the School of Medicine, discussed a study that could make way for a new type of MRI screening for breast cancer. Known as an MRF, the screening could predict whether chemotherapy is working on a breast tumor after just the first treatment.
