Michael Goldberg, associate professor of design and innovation at Weatherhead School of Management and executive director of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, said he’s not surprised that donations have decreased at resale stores, on WEWS. “I think that the secondary market, of which places like Goodwill are right at the center of, is a really interesting dynamic and in some ways a bellwether of what’s going on in society,” said Goldberg.
