The process of ordering and receiving telephone services at Case Western Reserve University is key to business operations. Following a campus listening tour, Information Technology Services (ITS) released a new version of the Telephone Services Order (TSO) Form. The revised form better reflects current business processes and integrates directly with the ticket system used by the ITS Service Desk.
The new form makes it easier to:
- Request or change telephone services, such as equipment, lines and spare parts
- Check the status of telephone service requests
- Bulk upload multiple telephone service requests
