Kristin Carter and Connie Kelling, instructors at Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, won first place in a quality improvement and informational poster presentation at the Ohio League for Nursing Conference held in Columbus last month.
At the conference, Carter and Kelling shared their work “Delivering the difference: Nursing student success with high-fidelity obstetric simulation,” which investigated the efficacy of inserting obstetric simulation into prelicensure curriculum to contribute towards required clinical hours.
