The Office for Campus Enrichment and Engagement and Division of Student Affairs at Case Western Reserve University invite students, faculty and staff to participate in free training sessions for the Sustained Dialogue network.
Inspired by U.S. diplomat Harold Saunders, whose work included negotiating ethnic and border conflicts, Sustained Dialogue is a structured, five-stage communication process aimed at bridging campus divides and driving positive social change.
Sessions will be held virtually Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting Sept. 8 through Sept. 24, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. More training offerings are to be announced.
Those who complete all sessions of the workshop series will be invited to co-facilitate dialogue initiatives at CWRU. Participants will also be awarded a certificate of completion.
