The Peter B. Lewis Café will reopen under new management Monday, Aug. 28. The café will be run by Bon Appétit Management Co., featuring entrées, soups, and a salad bar made from scratch daily, using local, seasonal ingredients.
The café will be open for breakfast and lunch, featuring weekly rotations of menu items.
Coffee, bottled beverages, express items, and Einstein Bros Bagels and schmears, also will be available. A more robust menu is expected during the spring 2024 semester.
The cafe will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
