Physics department’s Robert Brown presents at American Astronomical Society
Robert Brown, PhD, Institute Professor and Distinguished University Professor in the Department of Physics, presented a talk at the national American Astronomical Society meeting in Phoenix in January.
Attending the session of “How to Create and Advocate for Departmental Change,” he spoke about a physics class for career preparation, “Life After Graduation,” offered for the fourth time this spring. The course can be taken by anyone, from first-year undergraduates up to advanced graduate students.
During the conference, Brown also had the chance to meet with former CWRU astronomy and physics students.
