Spectrum News: Erman Ayday, an assistant professor of computer and data sciences at the Case School of Engineering, provided his expertise for a story about how some police departments are using artificial intelligence in criminal investigations. “I'm not opposed to these technologies. I'm just trying to make sure that these technologies are not going to abuse people's privacy. And, you know, the human rights,” he said.
