Qualify for $25 per month in 2026

Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members who plan to use the Benelect medical plan in 2026 are invited to complete wellness activities this fall to earn a voluntary $25 monthly wellness incentive. 

These activities should be completed during the annual qualifying period of Sept. 1 through Nov. 30 (the deadline for completion).

Those who qualify for this incentive also will have the opportunity to earn an additional $200 in wellness incentives offered by CWRU’s Wellness Program. 

In lieu of biometric screenings administered through Quest Diagnostics, a Biometric Screening Attestation Form will be available as an optional wellness incentive activity. 

To be eligible for these incentives, individuals must complete the Health Risk Assessment form and at least two of the following attestation forms—which is available in the “Wellness” section of the HCM website:

• Primary Care Provider
• Biometric Screening 
• Dental Check-up and Cancer Screening
• Tobacco
