To celebrate the strength and power of support on the weight loss journey, Weight Watchers is offering its “Better Together Sweepstakes” for Case Western Reserve University employees through Oct. 31.
CWRU members are invited to refer coworkers to join them on their Weight Watchers journey for entries into the sweepstakes. For every coworker who an employee refers that joins, the referring member will receive an entry into the sweepstakes. Both the referring member and the new member who signs up through the referral process also will each receive a $20 credit to use in the Weight Watchers online shop.
The sweepstakes prizes are:
- Grand Prize: Eight winners and their guests will win a trip to attend a five-day, four-night Weight Watchers retreat with special appearances by Oprah Winfrey (subject to her availability).
- First Prize: Fifty winners will be chosen at random from all entries received for each month of the sweepstakes to will each get two boxes full of gifts inspired by Oprah, one for them and one for someone who supported them on the road to health and success.
- Get $20, give $20: Both current and new members that sign up through the referral process will each receive a $20 credit to the Weight Watchers Online shop.
- At Work Meetings: The referring member must complete the “Better Together Sweepstakes Card” found on the wellness website and submit it to their At Work leader during the meeting along with their coworker’s registration form. All At Work leaders will have printed cards to be distributed during the At Work meetings.
- Community Meetings and OnlinePlus: Grab the OnlinePlus Promo card from the wellness website. Once the referred coworker enrolls in the Weight Watchers program, he or she can mail the complete form to: Weight Watchers, P.O. Box 941913, Houston, TX 77094-9925.
- Wednesdays all year from noon to 1 p.m. in the School of Nursing, Room 2280
- Thursdays all year from noon to 1 p.m. in Thwing Center’s Cleveland Room
