The LGBT Center will host a Safe Zone session for faculty and staff members Thursday, Dec. 5, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the second-floor conference room of the Tinkham Veale University Center. Safe Zone is an LGBTQ+ allyship training program that will cover essential LGBTQ+ vocabulary and the nuances of sexuality and gender as spectrums.
There also will be some practical tips for being an LGBTQ+ inclusive ally on campus.
