At the recent annual celebration of faculty, Sharona Hoffman was awarded the 2023 Case Western Reserve University School of Law Distinguished Research Award. This annual award is given to one law school faculty member based on quality and quantity of scholarly publications during the past three years. Since 2020, Hoffman has published 11 articles in journals such as the Wake Forest Law Review, the U.C. Davis Law Review, the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law and Ethics, The Hastings Center Report, JAMA, and the New England Journal of Medicine. She also published numerous opinion pieces and a second edition of her book, Aging with a Plan: How a Little Thought Today Can Vastly Improve Your Tomorrow.
