Should you need a permit to pray? Supreme Court to review Northeast Ohio case

WCPO: Jessie Hill, professor and the director of the Reproductive Rights Law Initiative at the School of Law, said a pending Supreme Court case over whether a city can require a permit for a residential prayer group currently turns on procedure, not religious freedom, because the city never issued a final permit decision. She says the Court could ultimately decide whether such permits are constitutional.
