SpartaLearn is live
SpartaLearn is the university’s new centralized platform for all research training, designed to provide a streamlined and consistent experience for every user. It serves as your one-stop destination for research training, featuring a personalized dashboard with live calendar events, transcripts, and notifications for upcoming and required courses. Current training includes Human Research Protection, Responsible Conduct of Research, and Research Security, with additional modules to be added as they become available. CREC to HRP transition
The SpartaLearn team created a logic process that transferred accrued CREC credits to the new HRP Recertification competency format. Each competency is equivalent to approximately three CREC credits, and you should see the appropriate number of competencies marked complete based on credits earned.
This process will be run periodically as users log in to SpartaLearn their accounts to reflect your current CREC certification cycle activity. If you have any questions, please contact spartalearn@case.edu.
To support users during the transition, SpartaLearn Launch Office Hours will be offered from Dec. 2 to 5, with sessions held from 10 to 11a.m. and 2 to 3 p.m. each day. More sessions will be scheduled. These sessions provide an opportunity to receive a walkthrough of the platform, ask questions, learn how to access required trainings, and share feedback to help strengthen user guidance.
